If you’ve received a defective product and would like to return or exchange it, the following terms and conditions apply for the return procedure:
- Luxury Assurance 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snapshots at thedecorcentral7@gmail.com. Our representative will get in touch with you for the same.
- Once the return is approved, the customer can self-ship the products within 48 hours.

- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The item should be returned with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
- Only after the Quality Check of the garment is performed by our team, and the garment is found to be in proper condition, the amount will be fully refunded.
- If the customer wants to exchange the product for sizing or any other reason, shipping charges for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer. Items on sale will not be applicable for returns.
- Shipping Charges and COD charges shall be non-refundable.
The Decor Central reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation, as per circumstances where the requirement could not be met. Any communication of cancellation or applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
